No one is sure until filings. Pro's say that the company bought a big cd and more shares to satisfy that 85% of common stock. No filings for all that stock if bought.
The negative side would be that a reverse split would be required in order to close the deal to give ums that 85%
The company has put out no information saying either way so that's the problem. Merger probably done, but not until we see filings officially.
