No. By the way, it's obvious to me that the CEO is characteristically a bit too optimistic. He is a sharp individual, and it makes no sense to designate a distribution date only 3 months into the future, if the intent was to deceive. It would make more sense to use words like "within 6 months " or so.

Dont forget, there have been efforts to work out deals for the other dividends, with at least one deal that apprently fell through. Something involving a merger, I think.
