Treasury stock is stock repurchased by the issuer and intended for retirement or resale to the public. It represents the difference between the number of shares issued and the number of shares outstanding.
Bourque Industries Outstanding 960.67M
Knowing John Bourque's 395M were issued, and knowing that its just a matter of time until John Bourque will have access to these for his personal trading, its seems valid of what the Candyman speaks... "Bourque Industries has near zero shares in it's Treasury."
