Shareholders own AMBS Shares, and GC does what ever he wants when it comes to running the company. As far as the Diagnostics division should the LOI become an actual event, AMBS only owns 45% of the company, so again, Loyal AMBS Shareholders will not get a 1:1 on the payout, or on the shares.
