If the Diagnostics division was sold/merged with another company for 80Million shares...those shares will be sold to pay GC's salary, and what ever is left will be utilized to "Further" the pipeline. End Of Story.
I truly believe in the Pipeline, otherwise I wouldn't be long here. I hate to look reality in the face as much as the next guy, but reality is that YOU WILL NOT GET SHARES!
It was not mentioned in any part of the Spinout/Merger.

So, what did I miss again?
The fact that GC has guaranteed himself a salary for the remainder of 2016?
