I should probably straighten this out. The number of short sales in indicative of investors sentiment as to the future direction of a stock, and is in no way evidence of manipulation or attempts at manipulation. For anyone to claim that is the case is misleading

Total nonsense.... in and of itself very misleading. Fiction.
The bet is to make money in the short term and cover before the news hits. High stakes gamble. But who am I to say? Not my money.
Some will win while others get smoked.

Long term holders dont have that worry. Just hold tight until the price is right.
