No part of that 8K mentioned current AMBS holders get any part of those 80 Million shares that are to be issued to AMBS. My guess is that if Roche buys the Diagnostics division, it will only help to further ESS Development and pad the pockets of GC and his board of directors. None of that money or any of the shares from the Diagnostic spinout will come to the Share Holders of Record.
