Anyone can sign a letter of intent... It happens all the time to create a stir, then come back later and say it wasn't a good fit, or the numbers didn't work out, or that either company can bail out at any time for no reason at all, which is what I am guessing will be the case.
I can sign a letter of intent to get married...ie a license, but that document expires after 30-60 days depending on the state you file in.
Point is, a LOI is worthless.
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!

The LOI may be a front for bigger things to come, or it may be a front to sell more shares, but it looks like it is only paper at this point...nothing tangible!

I honestly don't see how a flagship store can open under a MJ heading in a state such as Texas where MJ isn't even medicinally allowed...let alone recreationally allowed.
