"The holder may convert the principal and accrued interest into shares of the Company’s common stock at $0.247386975 per share up to a maximum conversion allowance of 6,871,825 shares. If the Company raises $5 million in debt or equity financing or if the holder converts any portion of Note A, then Note A will automatically convert at maturity into a total of 6,871,825 shares of the Company’s common stock.
