Business Description

The company was incorporated for the purpose of purchasing, leasing or otherwise acquiring mining claims and rights and also todevelop mines. The company was unable to raise development money and ceased operations.The company has been seeking new business opportunities believed to hold potential for profit or to merge with an existing, operating company.
