As was pointed out by Cures (Curesforhumanity) on the other message board (to remain nameless)....why would they do a RS now after we just authorized 175 million new shares?....and that is on top of shares already authorized but haven't sold yet. They would likely need to go through the lion's share of those first before doing a RS...and that could take years.

I am not in favor of a RS and do not believe it will happen. If executed however at 1:5, those 175MM shares would be valued at $4.50
each if executed at .90. The total number of authorized shares does not change. This market collapse is not PPHM's fault, but they will have to find a way to guide the company through it.
