Apparently you've never put together a multi-million dollar deal involving a U.S. company and an international company. This amount of time, particularly with the holidays in between, is not unusual at all.

By the way, I've been involved in more than one of these types of transactions in the past 30 years.

Keep in mind also that GDSI is in a "quiet period" and we probably won't hear anything until the deal is finalized and announced.
