Now we're back to PRs, which SEEM promising, yet they only drive the share price down. It looks like someone always dumps millions of shares right after the PR. Very odd.

It looks like it will take a PR with real red meat, or positive media attention to move the SP north.

As with all penny stocks, you should only invest in COTE what you can afford to lose. Because you probably will...
