After I bought my Stock. A friend said check out the guy running the company on Ripoff.com there they where Jerry, Arvind Sharman, and Mark Usrey a current RMHB board member. They where all accused of ripping off shareholders of another penny stock THCB. After a couple emails asking for information, I got an email from a gentleman in Plano, TX. He told me Jerry and his brother in his words has scam him out of $25,000 in a car related product. Again in his words a total scam. When I read Jerry PR about Micheal Welch, I found he left out he sued Welch and also another employer had sued Welch. Now Mr. Welch will be doing the books? Lawsuits collection, IRS liens, BK, all or part of Jerry past, has he changed? I'm not going to take that risk. If I can get even are close, I'm out. What I've read and seen, with all the stock dilution RMHB is still over priced by couple penny's. That's my opinion,
