Sure would love to see it. OTCs in past years have been great to go to in times of market stress. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go anywhere at this point though. Up, down, spin wheels.

There just isn't anything better than a guess without more substance. The SEC and all the Sykes short clans out a hurting on all OTCs, even this sector.
