The honest answer to your question is that it is very unlikely. For the merger to be completed per the terms of the LOI, MNVN would first need to be completely up to date with its SEC Filings, regain ACTIVE status in regard to its Business License and settle all outstanding legal issues. Additionally, it should be noted that this also involves an R/S to be imposed upon a return to ACTIVE status. So while this merger might at some future date become a positive, it would have many growing pains. Finally, the merger has already experienced multiple delays, and there is no guarantee that EZ Ticket will choose to extend the deadline currently set to expire on January 30th of this month.
