I am not the only shareholder here who knows how to reach out to Iehab via telephone, Facebook or Twitter. Flat out ask him if he has heard anything about the likelyhood of going to trial or in negotiations. I cannot but I have my alerts set to receive court docket update.

Someone I respect more than my own intuition felt that February would be the month this case would go to trial given its history. What I was surprised to see was that in Nov and Dec, Playboy filed paperwork Pro-Se, meaning without legal council, probably an office employee of Playboy.

The fact that they want to sell the mansion tells me they need cash for operations. PLAYBEV sales could give them that if they would just settle since distribution is already in place.

I don't see any downside for Cirtran.
