First off for those still confused, it's well documented in 2015 that Cooper Vision asked EPGL for the exclusive 9 months earlier than EPGL Agreement allowed and EPGL objected. EPGL PR'd it!!!! Does that sound like CooperVision didn't want it?

Secondly, Cooper asked EPGL to Mediate with Paul Hastings as their counsel to try to resolve the situation. That is well documented too. Does this sound like a company that didn't want it?? Please reference the PRs.

Another thing, why would Cooper want to give up technology THEY CO-DEVELOPED without a fight? They retain a license, but had to give up the ownership.

Big win for EPGL due to Cooper breach of contract obviously

Now EPGL owns it and can partner or license to unlimited companies.

Great deal for EPGL, just look at PRs from 2015.
