Seems to me , the RXSF PR didn't do what was expected to PPS and still no bid support. Feel negative energy being directed my way. Real RXSF numbers, will help. Conversation could have gone to differently, just followed lead. Real RXSF Numbers and accomplishments would make BOTH one sided points of view on RXSF immaterial?
