Who verified that the 15 day NT-10q filing meant the 15 day delay was 15 business days, the sec web site certainly does not say this... But ok will give to the 22nd, but that is still no excuse not to have Q1 10q filed which is late, not even a nt-10q filed for this.... I think the company is going to pink sheet status non reporting!!! Why put out any filing that might be incriminating. The CEO got his $9,000,000 putting out that insane pr and watching future bagholders make him rich, now just let the company slide off into the sunset and move to a Caribbean island and eat lobsters and drink cool drinks with fancy umbrellas in them....
