its my understanding that the way the buyback was set up threw the debentures its a fairly new way of doing things.
the debentures being manditory rather then a willful process and from what i have spoken with my brokers and scottrade and ameritrade alot of offices never provided correct paper work on owners of paim.

brokers are to report to paim transfer agent who owns the stock and who doesnt. alot of them did not by the date they were soppsed to that has really messed up eveyrthing for the buy bsck. some people sold debentures after the buy back. some people bought stock after the buy back that was turned into debentures.....

its seems to be a big mess but i feel after its all done shouwl really work out for all the shareholders...
