Good Morning.
Quick update:

I was in North and South Carolina all last week working with new distribution there. Things are off to a good start. It will take lots of attention to build up that market. We are om it! It is our goal that all new markets will be running strong by summer.

I am in SoCal today and tomorrow. I am off to Nevada at the end of the week. I have meetings in the Vegas area Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I am off to the North West in the beginning of next week. From there I fly to New England where I will be working with distributors Thursday and Friday testing the new a.n.d. cans.

When I get back, the year end numbers should be ready. I expect them to be solid but not spectacular. Unfortunately, dealing with DTC and Finra and lawyers monopolized too much of our time. I would have much preferred if I could have spent all my time selling drinks and developing new lines of product.

Friday, a payment was sent to Finra concerning the share distribution. They are doing everything in their power to make it as difficult and as expensive as possible to get this completed. We are hoping that this is the last of many hoops they are making us jump through.
I will make sure the Fernhill people follow up with them today to confirm they received the payment. Once we confirm that we can hassle them more.
