I'm going to be cautious until we get numbers here in a few weeks. Grab a few and wait. Based on what we have already seen in the last few months with HydroPhi buying the Pro Star trucks and property for expansion and diesel dipping below a buck...it's got it's pros and cons. With diesel prices down it will take some justification as to whether to go through the expense to modify the trucks or not, however with the government issues about our carbon emissions, at least HydroPhi has a modification to make reductions of up to 70% if I'm remembering what I read recently...so..
It's the old 'pay me now or pay me later' game. I'm thinking leadership will proceed with the forward looking plan and start modifying trucks. All it will take to grow exponentially is for HydroPhi to get a contract to upgrade the vehicle fleet in one metroplex...I'm not saying that's in their plan but it would definitely be worth looking into. By modifying someone else's fleet your resources aren't tied up in your own trucks and equipment.
