I've been doing a lot of reading on this board and I noticed that too on the document. It is not often in my days as a hedge fund manager that I have come across a merger such as this with such potential for a very large ROI factoring the current market cap and newly added revenues from UMS. This is all the confirmation I needed to know for a fact that this reverse merger has taken place and is not a game of charades. The fact that UMS Mobile Solutions has laid claim to TALK on court documents, is only complete and utter confirmation of the completed transaction of the reverse merger with TALK. Even though as rare as a merger like this is, it does happen and happens multiple times a year. The trick is finding the real ones through all of the tens of thousands of 8-k's posted each and every year. But every once in a while if you keep your ears and eyes glued to the markets then you eventually luck out as I believe a lot of shareholders will do here. I will watch next weeks market action and make investment decision here accordingly. I have several long positions which I initiated last week in NFLX and SPY just to name a couple. I anticipate a small bounce from Chinas GDP data and plan on selling this week, the time of the sales depends on the markets reaction. I will work on opening a position here as I start to liquidate the others next week. I have a few colleagues that will be conducting some last minute research here as well to help confirm my perspective.
