How about... it's summer down in Chile right now...

And the mining claims on the Mountain... start around 1400 feet in altitude ... and go up from there... I think... but not exactly sure of the height of the over all ADL... but they do have seasons... plus sunshine, rain and snow... so a severe enough storm will stop work during winter... and of course... roads will probably always be a maintenance project...
