I just checked at sec.gov... No company under ticker HPTG..
Checked Edgar...nothing...
Went to the SEC website to request a Form D. It shows if a company has reason not to be reporting to the SEC...
They want $61... So...any of you guys have any proof of our share structure that you wouldn't mind sharing? I'm in the middle of something right now and cannot finish my DD.
