designed2...yes that is correct that if they repurchased shares and retired to the treasury that they can be reissued to UMS to fulfill their 85% without needing to increase the AS.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
