IMO Ridiculous Comparison.....Huh?

I was in a stock once that was in the middle of an acquisition. In the 8k the acquisition target's name was misspelled. The grand conspiracy theory was the misspelling was a ploy to decieve. The Acquistion was never going to happen it was theorized- the proof was the misspelling in the 8k. Well the acquistion happened and the mispelling was just that - a misspelling.

A misspelling vs an Omission....???

The word CEO is missing.....uh not misspelled?

IMO the comparison used is Useless....because this publicly traded company did not fully disclose IMO crucial information about the contract to the US Government. Why are investors left guessing what's in the contract? No theory but hard cold facts, the 8K is missing crucial information. Plus there isn't an audited SEC 10K that would contain the information.

Please advise on how another company's misspelled words compare to a contract between Steven M Samblis and Joe Sirianni not being made public...via a United States Securities Exchange filing. Thanks

IMO the Samblis guesses and opinions have been accurate since 2011
