This same line of faulty logic was used to support the failed notion that states wouldn't legalize MJ because it is federally illegal.
The Nasdaq is not a federal governmental agency.
But it is regulated by it as are the Banks and Institutions.
No freakin' way Banks and Institutions are going anywhere near a technically illegal commodity that cannot utilize the US Banking system.
NO WAY. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY. SORRY; NO FREAKIN' WAY.
The Nasdaq is readying itself to select the 1st MJ stock to list on their exchange.
And I am 80% sure that TRTC is in this discussion.
Could be but I am 100% sure they are saying that they'll have to wait for rescheduling and admittance into the US Banking System.
What are they going to do carry bags full of cash to the NAZ like Mexican and Colombian drug cartels?????
The discussion is happening at Nasdaq now.
On the "back burner" tabled for further discussion after Rescheduling.
