It would guarantee an immediate crash and burn of the pps and possibly the company.
It would be nice to know who is lobbying For/Against rescheduling.
As far as Obama's legacy, c´mon I think he's already cemented his place in history with much more significant achievements and right now I think he's got more important things on his mind. If he was to do it it would probably occur as a "going-out-the-door" thing in line with presidential pardons.
If it is going to happen it will have to happen within Congress and if Big T and Pharma are joining together to fight it it could be a long long time. IMHO
