Because there is still hope....it is possible that GZFX will in fact come out with one incredible PR and that even with dilution the shareprice will climb higher than the current pps....best hope would be that a huge number of shares are sold into the run and the SB-2 is completed rapidly as opposed to the miserably low daily volume seen here currently.

The only problem with that hope is that many investors know the overhang is there and will/are waiting for the shareprice to retrace much lower before buying back in....

Like the last time....0.0027 could go lower with doubling of the OS without good news.....and believe it or not, I still believe in the company and what is attempting to do....I don't like management, but I like what the company is attempting to do....shouldn't even be here now in my opinion, but JF is a pig headed old fart with outdated notions about shareholders and thinks he is the best damn IR/PR guy in the world...well, we can all see where that has gotten us!

NO PRs, NO New Buyers, No Increasing PPS, more shares needed to sell, further dilution...all yet to come....IMO

Oh, and I will buy more lower to average down! Way down from where I sit currently....just not up here!
