running--I have no problem with your “no-lawsuits” theory, except that would of course define a company that none of us invested in, and that would be a company that is not in any way unique---and one that I would definitely choose not to invest in. A company specializing in patent MONETIZATION is what many of us invested in, and for many good reasons. This disagreement (I don’t know if you’re long or not) is why I pose the question to management: What IS the Vringo business model going forward? If it changes entirely, then so be it, and we all proceed with our investment strategies accordingly.
