Is the private transaction betwen Joe Sirianni and Steven M Samblis enough to prove that Steven M Samblis is no longer the CEO of IMTV?

Is this an error on the 8K or was it done intentionally?

WHEREAS:


A. STEVEN SAMBLIS has consented to step down as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

B. JOE SIRIANNI has consented to act as the new President, CEO, Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.



BE IT RESOLVED THAT :


1. STEVEN SAMBLIS, has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. JOE SIRIANNI, who has consented to act as a President, Secretary and Treasurer, is appointed as President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. Why is CEO missing here??

Is this typo enough to keep Steven M Samblis the CEO of IMTV? Was this done on purpose?

Also should the fact that IMO Steven M Samblis allegedly stepped have been included in a SEC Audited 10K??

Is there a cryptic escape clause written into the recent private transaction SEC 8K?

If Steven M Samblis is monitoring this board.....will he address the typo? Or was the typo done intentionally?
