1:2 R/S... Not good for shareholders. Nobody was notified of the intent and another reason the securities industry today is screwed up, and why private investors are not coming back as they once did prior all this electronic trading systems use today... Shareholders got fewer shares, higher buy-in price.

That is correct, MTL did a reverse split but the ratio was 1:2.
