Actually, if the past two months are indicative of a pattern, then although the dumping may occur tomorrow, the Form 4 itself won't be filed until Friday as it is not required for 48 hours and BS Schneiderman has always held off until the last minute before filing his prior Form 4's... ...we shall see!

So the past couple of months were in fact NOT indicative of any pattern. Let's hope that although the exactness of it being every 4 weeks is not simply the only break in the pattern, but that we don't see any further Form 4's at all from BS Schneiderman dumping any more shares (regardless of whether it is every 4 weeks, every 5 weeks, or even every 8 weeks), as seeing an insider regularly dump millions of shares will only serve to continue to erode market confidence -- which is already shaky at best.
