$PFSD Moving Toward Profitable Level Of Operation

Terry Haggerty, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Pacific Sands Inc (PFSD) according to an 8K filing on January 8, 2016. His new duties are to advise the Board of Directors on financial and strategic planning issues. However his main job is to move the company to a "Profitable Level of Operation". Is this achievable given the recent downturn in the stock price?

Pacific Sands, Inc. Mr. Michael D. Michie has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Pacific Sands Inc. since 2010 and September 30, 2011 respectively. Mr. Michie served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Pacific Sands Inc from June 14, 2004 to December 31, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MacReport.Net, Inc. He has a breath of experience in the disciplines of education and business. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EcoOne line of nontoxic water treatment and cleaning products of Pacific Sands, Inc. He has contributed to the sales success of a major 'Fortune 10' chemical company as well as an emerging high technology company. He has a wealth of knowledge and background in the areas of finance, administration and demand creation. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Michie privately consulted challenged businesses while concurrently serving as Business Manager for a large real estate investor/broker group. He established cost containment measures as well as performance metrics for eight real estate holding companies. He produced and refined accurate revenue projections providing investors the knowledge to make better investment decisions. Prior to 2003, he served as a Territory Sales Manager for Creo Products, Inc., a high technology company located in Vancouver, BC. During his tenure with Creo he achieved over 70% market share in his territory of responsibility, before to 1999, he worked for the DuPont Corporation beginning in 1994. He has been a Director of Pacific Sands Inc., since June 14, 2004. He served as an Executive Director of MacReport.Net, Inc. He was a shared recipient of a regional Pinnacle Award for regional performance in electronic imaging as well as a Recipient of DuPont's 'commitment to excellence' award. Mr. Michie graduated from Carthage College in 1988.


Mr. John D. Hagarty serves as a Senior Research Chemist at Pacific Sands Inc and served as its In-house Product Research Chemist. Dr. Hagarty retired in 1999 from SC Johnson Wax, where he served as a Senior Research Chemist, worked as an Independent Consultant. During his tenure there with SC Johnson and Son, he was instrumental in the development of numerous products, specializing in micro-emulsion technology, environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional aerosols and sanitizers as well as the organic synthesis of new insecticide molecules. Dr. Hagarty served as a Consulting Scientist, managed new product development at Pacific Sands, and has supervised the final development of its nontoxic, earth and health-friendly pet care, household cleaning and other product lines. Dr. Hagarty has been a Director of Pacific Sands Inc. since May 16, 2006. He served as a Director of MacReport.Net, Inc. Dr. Hagarty holds PhD in Organic Chemistry from Duquesne University.

Mr. Thomas Paulsen has been a Corporate Secretary of Pacific Sands Inc. since January 9, 2008. Mr. Paulsen serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Wismarq Corporation. He began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Whinney and has over 21 years of experience with an extensive background in accounting, corporate budgeting and operations. Mr. Paulsen served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for Kelley Company, based in Milwaukee, WI, from 2000 to 2002. He has been a Director of Pacific Sands Inc. since January 9, 2008. Mr. Paulsen is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from Marquette University.

With the array of talent Pacific Sands Inc has and now the addition of Terry Haggerty who will advise the Board of Directors on strategic planning, there is no doubt that the company will serve the Green Market well with it's products.
