Nobody is making up deadlines! This was a date given by the CEO as a hopeful date....nobody said do or die January 15th. This was simply a projected date that Baltia was hoping for! They understood as did every person sitting in attendance at that ASM.

If an answer wasn't given, Baltia and all us there understood it would continue to be a waiting game and that's it!

Stop trying to make it sound as if ANYBODY said that January 15th was the guaranteed date!
