Then there are others here who believe that since GZFX management has failed miserably to obtain and hold increasing value for its shareholders and its shareprice, and that the full 5 Billion shares registered under the SB-2 will end up being utilized if the current conditions remain.

The shareprice quoted at registration and used for example was 0.0050...pretty much where we sit currently before hardly any of those shares have been sold onto the market or into the float.

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase shares here at this price until it is clear how low this is headed with the new shares being dumped onto the market. The next quarterly report will give a hint of subscriber increases but even with great numbers selling by GGI into the run will negate much of the upside IMO....
