The good news is this, like you said after the split their will only be about 44 million shares in the float. Assuming the longs on this board hold about half to on third of the float after the split, that means their will only be about 22-30 million shares available to trade during the time we are all frozen out. 22-30 million is nothing, it's minuscule. If we get some momentum heading into the split, than the time to buy will be just after the split.

The odds are good that the stock will drift down shortly after the r/s, but with any good news about distribution, bang this stock will take off and head to the moon because their won't be any shares available, so people are going to have to seriously pay up for them!!

At that point it will be really easy to see this stock quickly going up to .50c to a dollar because in order to buy it, you'll be forced to chase it.

The other thing is that in order for tbev to tap into their loan, they must file a s1 registration form, so it should be relativity easy to see new dilution from a mile away
