Not that it matters much, but I'm saying that they should have announced the ERHE"D" BEFORE the approval, and also that PN and SO already had deals of dilution in place long before they received final approval. The very next trading day, they and the new CD holders were running up share prices, and selling into those run ups...market manipulation, as always.
