A number of people have contacted UMS and talked to a person. I am sure they are getting sick of answering questions about the filings. Not sure what number they used but if the one you are calling is ringing it is working.

Yes, the merger was complete on 9/24. That is a long time ago IMO and they have said they are working as one and have been since 9/24.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
