Very sad how so few really understand the significance of the Blum Oakland deal.
Obviously my interpretation was right as the stock doubled on the news and .18 was hit.
Anybody who sold immediately after the news focusing on the dilution and not understanding the big picture, missing out on the single biggest daily gain in the history of TRTC stock (62.7%) should re-evaluate as that is the proper thing to do.
We are going to .27 this upcoming week and we will be adding 2 more dispensaries to the Blum stable in Bakersfield -- and we absolutely stole those dispensaries and got them on the cheap.

Revenue is nice but today is really about the confidence Blum Oakland owners have placed in TRTC.
The Blum Oak owners are putting all of their eggs in the TRTC basket.
Their cash cow is sold for.... TRTC shares?!?!?
90% TRTC shares and only 10% cash!
What kind of signal does this send to the market?
What kind of signal does this send to other dispensaries that are acquistion targets?
What kind of signal does this send to investors who will now feel comfortable buying private placements?
If the CEO of TRTC is going all in on TRTC, and so are all of the other owners of Blum Oakland, why wouldn't you?
Magna is now unnecessary.
Dominion and Aegis will be paid off in cash from the private placements that are about to occur or have already occurred and have yet to be announced.
No more float dilution from financing for the remainder of this year, which has previously been the biggest impediment to the share price.
Wake up people!
The meaning of today's transaction is more important than the actual transaction.
The future of TRTC is now secure.
Nasdaq is coming in July 2016.
Why else would anybody give up $21M in cash (the worth of their dispensary) for shares in a 10 cent penny stock?
