You have got to be top-notch in the OR environment to sell in my hospital. Reps for surgical ortho products scrub-in. Most have strong science/engineering background, and even if they come from business backgrounds, all are sharp.
Surgeons (and surgical nurses) won't tolerate hacks. Sorry to say it, but true.
If you are reading this Hargrove, spend some time in the OR and think about what SPORT needs as its representatives.
