Traders and longs are flipping and once they sell they bash for 3 days. They can not buy back in for 3 days until settlement. Only way they can buy immediately is margin or cash in the account. With the huge market dip many have lost their ability to buy on margin. These players are so obvious. also can not use margin on TRTC at all ever. Flippers will be buying on Wednesday. Insofar as we have a PR on Tuesday they will be unable to buy until trade is settled
