That was license revenue BEFORE the fatal Markman ruling friend. Patriots quarter ran from Sept-Nov 30. That was when PTSC had leverage.....then the judge neutered your patent. No licenses since then! The markman ruling was sept 24 then on Sept 28 PTSC said they were conceding defeat in the case. The only announced license was Sept 28. No doubt this license was negotiated before the ruling.
