Usually they like to give it out - - after trading hours - - for
people to digest over the weekend.


WELL, IT'S AFTER TRADING HOURS ?


I have seen some 8Ks filed over the weekend, but who
wants to wait ?

Delay or not, the countdown just gets a little longer for the
blast-off some time next week. ...Gonna happen !
