No, that won't doo. That storage is reserved for the purified refrac water. Just need to lay down the transport pipeline from PA to Okie land. If LeRoy can evade the FINRA pursuit long enough, maybe he can land at an abandoned air strip, and cough up some more imaginary crowd funding money to finance it?
