Sorry, I just don't trust the guy. Right from the first time I read my first S-10 (cover to cover, as I was so excited) and then I started looking into the players and find DP was involved with very shady stock scam in the past (yes, I know I know he wasn't "responsible" for it but he always seems to end up connected to somethin') and the associations with other shady elements like Thomas Puzzo.

Then there was the all the other shady stuff with Amy, and Michael James and Dar Mann, the responses to the many share giveaways (which both of which I think are offensive) and on and on and on and on. I mean, is this a business trying to create shareholder value or an episode of Boardwalk Empire: Western Ave?

Sure,it's all circumstantial. But like how much circumstantial evidence does one need?
