The FDA gave the support before, and even allowed compassionate use, but then pulled the rug out from under their feet after corruption was being reported. The facts are that ESS works, and had been authorized by the FDA in the past, I am sure with closely guarded and micromanaged supervision, they will allow once again. It looks like the Shriners of Cincy were more interested in helping people than answering FDA questions at the time...something AMBS will have to avoid. I'm sure GC will do all that he can to make this happen...to be able to finally Cash in on someone else's work. Once all the steps are finalized, and the FDA scrutinizes every possible aspect, a new study will commence. My guess is this quarter, but who really knows?
