Now your getting it ;) There isn't any toxic debt on the books like the ibox quotes you saying.

It mentioned reclassifying convertible debt as "other debt" to get it off the books.

Furthermore, the price per share has increased almost 500% since the R/S which is owed to the TRC deal being completed. If my memory serves me right. You said Brent "The CEO" would not close this deal. That was obviously not true among other things. Hence the 500% increase in the share price. Do you see were I'm at with your evaluation of the current facts at hand? Also, have you had any time to contact the T/A yet? I wanna make sure everyone is on the same page and compare actual #'s ;) I hope all is understood.
